Hi,

Jule made a valid point: You need to speak the language, all physio programmes in Germany are taught in German.

There aren´t a lot of universities in Germany which offer Master´s programmes as they are just slowly starting to change the system. Dresden International University has a cooperation with "VPT Akademie Fellbach" (near Stuttgart) and they offer a "Master of Science in Physiotherapy" (part-time).
You can have a look on their website for further information: Physiotherapie, M.Sc. (berufsbegleitend) : DIU - Dresden International University

In order to work in Germany, you will have to be registered, ask the "Regierungspräsidium Stuttgart" about any details.
There is no minimum wage in Germany, so it totally depends on the job.
The average salary for a physio in the Stuttgart area is around 1900-2500 Euros per month.
